Haunted Magazine Terms and Conditions

If you choose the unsigned 1st class option, these are sent by Royal Mail and are not tracked, we are putting our trust and faith in them. If you choose tracked 1st class option, they are also sent by Royal Mail but we are given a tracking number, and you must sign for the magazine at your end so that we know that you have received. It’s slightly more expensive but it’s that little bit more of re-assurance. If you do not receive the magazine and have paid for an “unsigned” one, we cannot track it, although we will provide proof of posting to yourself and PayPal and whilst it is your right to claim via PayPal, we will also be putting our case to PayPal and Royal Mail.

We will deliver Haunted to the address you supplied to us at time of ordering. If you have purchased Haunted from a third-party agent or stockist you need to contact them to sort out any delivery issues. We will not be liable to you for any non-delivery of Haunted where a) your bank or issuer refuses payment to us b) if you have not paid by the due date of the invoice c) if sanctions are imposed on your country of residence or the country where you access / receive our content d) if delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, failure of postal services, fire, flood, government act, act of God, legislative constraints, strikes, labour disputes or malicious damage involving employees. Our liability to you in the event of any printed magazines shall be limited to replacement of the missing issue(s).
